Schwalbe sets April 2027 retail date for its first 32-inch gravel tyres

Schwalbe has announced 32-inch versions of its G-One RS Pro and G-One RX Pro gravel tyres, in 50 and 55 mm widths. Retail availability is April 2027, with matching inner tubes: this is a future option, not an immediate tyre upgrade.
Both models use 686 mm rims, with sizes marked 50-686 and 55-686. They will not fit existing 700C or 29-inch wheels, which use a 622 mm rim diameter. A suitable frame and fork are also necessary; wider tyre clearance alone does not establish compatibility with larger wheels.
Schwalbe claims better traction and comfort on rough ground, but its announcement supplies no comparative measurements. Prices and tyre weights are not stated. Reporting is based on the manufacturer’s announcement; Insidebike has not tested the tyres.
